Budget Management: I'm responsible for creating, managing, and optimising event budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality. Vendor and Partner Relations: I source, negotiate with, and manage a diverse network of vendors, including venues, caterers, AV production, and entertainment, to secure the best services. Logistics and Operations: I oversee all logistical aspects, from venue selection and layout to registration, transportation, and on-site execution, ensuring everything runs seamlessly. Team Leadership: I lead and mentor the events team, assigning roles, managing timelines, and fostering a collaborative environment to achieve event success. Risk Management & Contingency Planning: I identify potential risks and develop robust contingency plans to address any unforeseen challenges effectively. Stakeholder Communication: I maintain clear and consistent communication with internal stakeholders, senior leadership, and external partners throughout the event lifecycle. Post-Event Analysis: I conduct thorough post-event evaluations, gathering feedback, analysing data, and reporting on KPIs to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
