Jonathan Epstein

Jonathan is a seasoned financial markets professional with over 20 years of experience in derivatives, data, and capital markets. He leads the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE) Tel Aviv and oversees both local and global Data Operations and Analytics within ICE’s Fixed Income and Data Services (FIDS) division. His responsibilities span Reference Data, Sustainable Finance, Derivatives, and Listed Markets operations. Previously and in parallel, Jonathan also held role of Head of Israel Capital Markets for the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) in Tel Aviv. In this role, he led NYSE’s strategic engagement with the Israeli private sector - building trusted relationships with founders, C-level executives, VCs, and PE firms - while helping Israeli companies navigate and access the world’s largest and most liquid capital markets. Prior to joining ICE, Jonathan spent 5+ years in equity investment management and trading roles across hedge funds and investment banking. Today, Jonathan continues to leverage his deep expertise to drive innovation and growth for ICE and to support his global capital markets colleagues at NYSE from Israel.
