Jonathan is a certified ITIL practitioner with five (5) years of SAP experience. He was involved in support, testing, implementation, and system enhancements using SAP BusinessObjects (BO) and SAP Business Warehouse (BW). Jonathan started out as a SAP BusinessObjects consultant in Hewlett Packard Enterprise. During this time, the job enabled him to become experienced in Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports, Xcelsius Dashboards, and others. After almost two (2) years, he was engaged in SAP Business Warehouse and became extensively experienced in ETL processes, as well as in using Business Explorer (BEx) reporting tools. He is currently holding a team member position, handling several processes such as BW Information Lifecycle Management, and Defects Management. Because of his performance, it has led to several commendations, including Quality awards for ownership and ensuring compliance on the process.
