An experienced storyteller with a background in data analysis and marketing. I have a passion for crafting stories that are grounded in data, and supported by strategy, but just as importantly, are logical and provoke rich conversation. For the past several years, I've worked at TELUS in various capacities, owning programs focused on the customer experience, and also helping craft and communicate higher-level strategy as part of a cross-functional, service evolution team. Outside of work, I have a love for sports analysis (basketball, hockey, and baseball), men's fashion (workwear and artisanal leather footwear), and self-improvement theories/ideologies.
