I'd always been determined to run my own business. I took my first two roles in Tokyo as I knew they would provide me with vital industry knowledge and business experience. As expected, this enabled me to start my own business, which I did alongside two partners in 2007. We founded Beaumont K.K. and The Beaumont Group CVBA (HQ: Brussels) in 2010, where we led the Asian business until its acquisition by Harvey Nash Plc in August 2014. We overachieved on our 3-year earnout target by 61% (Net profit / EBITDA).
