Provided thousands of end-users with personal instruction and created end-user guides as needed. • Was the point of contact for all modifications to Vivint’s Applicant Tracking, Onboarding, and Appraisal Systems. • Was the lead in numerous Human Resource campaigns for employee involvement requiring design, writing, technical, and project management skills. • Was the primary liaison with Marketing, Payroll, and all IT Departments regarding HR’s needs.

• Trained and coached all Tech Support new-hires. • Built, from the ground up, the Tech Support training program. • Lead a team of 12 employees over the course of three months to build Vivint’s first Knowledge Management System (Wiki based, 2+ million visits and 8+ million page views since 2009). • Built Vivint’s first call-center quality assurance database (MS Access). • Built virtual alarm panels for training and many other useful items to improve learning.
