• Review MRP requirements and available reports to determine material supply needs, and takes appropriate actions to meet those needs while keeping overall inventory investment at or below targets. • Review inventory levels against sales ratio and sales forecast; respond to changes in sales trends and sales forecast. Analyze global demands and provide forecast to suppliers. • Ensuring supply availability and visibility of products from new product introduction (NPI) thru End Of Life (EOL), build plan execution, cycle time, inventory materials management control. • Issue purchase orders with outside partners and contracts manufactures (CM) regularly and works with suppliers closely and achieve company sales demand/fulfillment, ensure on-time delivery, monitor items that are beyond their expected due date. • Obtain and negotiate competitive quotes and analyze quotes based upon price, specifications, and supply performance, keep optimal inventory to minimize carry costs.

• Ensuring supply availability and visibility of products worldwide from new product introduction (NPI) thru product phase out. • Managing internal transfer hub to hub fulfill worldwide backlog. • Acting as focal point and lead all supply chain planning and execution activities including new product introduction, production capacity planning, inventory targets, demand planning, weekly S&OP process, master scheduling, production planning, supplier build plan execution, cycle time, sales order ship date commitment and fulfillment, inventory control and data integrity for assigned products, accessories and spare parts. • Recommend buy/inventory goals and drive attainment of targets to ensure supply continuity and meet expected service levels, work closely with Procurement, supplier's co-ordination, supply alignment. • Managed and executed purchase orders for multiple critical commodities in close coordination with business stakeholders to align priorities, highlight risks, and ensure material delivery for order fulfillment.

• Monitored manufacturing assembly operations. Verified transaction stages in the Oracle system to ensure accuracy of database in real-time. • Made decisions by comparing supplier parts prices, specifications, and delivery schedules to save costs, and to minimize materials shortage at the Production line.
