Address student concerns promptly by taking the necessary steps in order to answer their questions and make the best possible encounter for that student when they enter the office or reach out on email. Be friendly and helpful while listening to their questions in order to present them with the correct information. Adhere to company policies that are set in place by the company and the student union and communicate those to the students. Attend information events and provide brochures and informative documents to students while engaging with the student body and educating them on their student health and dental plan.
