Rolling up my sleeves, digging into problems and developing both strategic and patch solutions is my passion. I’ve always been motivated and enriched by the success of others, employee engagement, and successful process improvements. I focus on delivering optimal outcomes, building collaborative teams, improving organizational effectiveness, and enabling the right tools and technology that support and not detract. Large or small, every organization will at some time struggle to define what’s wrong or how to fix it. Often, it’s not possible to look at the big picture and assess the overall health of your company or department from the inside, let alone know what to do about it. Sometimes all that’s needed is a tweak to a process or a small change in a workflow, other times it’s a complete overhaul from the ground up. Known as an innovative thinker and adapt in business process improvement and organizational effectiveness, I can help. At my core I’m a dad, husband, and weekend warrior. My journey hasn’t been without challenges, some that shook my very core, and I’ve come to realize that I’ve grown and learned from each. My family is my world, our home is our sanctuary, and our dogs provide countless hours of entertainment.
