My first few years at Symantec we’re spent at first as a Solution Architect which then evolved into a Technical Product Manager role which included mapping out requirements and architecting solutions for Symantec cloud platform services. As technical marketing manager at CFEngine I am responsible for liaising with the technical community and developing new content to help users adopt CFEngine technology more easily. I am ask a frequent attendee at technical events and frequently hold both technical and business level conversations with customers and prospects.

My responsibilities included evangelizing Serena Release Management and Automation solutions at events around the world, specializing in DevOps solutions. I also ran the Serena DevOps Drive-In webinar series.

I spend my days working with the sales, product management and business development group helping bring DevOps automation to our customers.

As manager of the Development Support group I led a team of experts in builds, installation software, virtualization and other technologies to maintain and improve the development processes at Gemcom Software. During my time at Gemcom I put the development group on a path to leveraging virtualized infrastructure, migrated the development teams to a common suite of tools for issue tracking and source code management and helped transition Gemcom to agile software development practices.

As a member of the development support group I was tasked with implementing and maintaining hardware and software solutions for the development teams at Gemcom who are located in Canada, Australia and India.
