A.) Main Responsible and Duties: 1. Manage and lead the project team by overseeing the day to day running of all matters related to the electrical and communication scope, including testing and commissioning of all the systems at project sites. 2. Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress, coordinating activities and resolving problems. 3. Controls project flow by reviewing design, specifications, planning, schedule and proper execution. 4. Prepares project status reports by summarizing information and recommending actions. 5. Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations. 6. Manage site activities and meetings, coordination and supervision works. 7. Manage risks in the assigned project and minimize project costs. 8. Liaise with managers from other departments pertaining to current and future project opportunities and issue. 9. Manage various sub-contractor and suppliers to work for related projects simultaneously. 10. Established a good relationship and communications channels with all the stackholders which included but not limited to end user, consultants, contractors, suppliers and etc. 11. Undertaking other functions and duties customarily performed by Project Manager and as when assigned by Top Management. B.) List of Projects That Have Been Implemented : 1. Asst. 1.Project Management - To manage the project by oversee the duties and responsibilities of the project team and to ensure the staff high performance and productivity. - To provide necessary guidance and proper technical training to the subordinates. - Implementing activities that align with the Company's objective, direction and mission statement. - To provide project status report by submitting site diary, work progress and weekly schedule. - To provide Sales & Marketing Department with costing and technical advice for tendering purpose and after sales support. - To ensure all the project implemented are meeting scope, schedule, cost, quality, human resource and communications hence minimize the risk. -Liaison with owner, consultants and contractors and handle all technical matters. -Involve in site testing and commissioning and handover. 2.Production Management -Technically manage the projects during manufacturing and assembly phases. -Plan and monitor the projects delivery schedules, work closely with sales & marketing department for logistic arrangement. -Ensure project documentation and files are maintained in line with company procedure. -Manage technical interfaces between customer/vendors and customer operation with a view to ensuring all project execution work is conducted on-schedule, within an agreed engineering budget and compiles with the customer contract specifications. -Responsible for scheduling, material procurement and processing engineering drawings, which involve checking information from vendors against customer specifications. -Troubleshoot and provides assistance when problems are encountered with processor products. -Identify quality problems and their causes and institute corrective and preventive actions to eliminate recurrence.

•Work closely with the operational and tele-services teams, utilize relationships to ensure that product implementation schedules are met. •Ensure the quality of the deliverables reasonably meets or exceeds client’s expectations and maintain good customer relationship throughout the project. •Continuously improve all installation work, schedule and quality of work through proper planning of work method, material procurement and selection, and efficient site management. •Implementing lean six sigma and 5s (Seiri, Seiton, Seiso, Seiketsu, Shitsuke) to enhance work method toward an efficient environment by minimize waste using DMAIC methodology. •Monitoring and leading Project Engineer in handling and trouble shooting in NPI project and all aspect. •Coordinate & advise Production & QC on the requirement and specification of NPI parts. •Currently handling company main product, G13 which is use for tracking and monitoring fuel consumption for trailer and hauler trucks to avoid fuel theft. Duration: Sep 2006 to Feb 2007 Role: Junior Engineer & Programmer. Team size: 5 Software and Platform: Honeywell TotalPlant Solution (TPS) system base on Windows NT operating system, LabView, Native Windows in Global User Station (GUS software) Base System. Hardware interfaces: GUS is based upon Intel Pentium Pro motherboard, the workstation processor (Native Windows) is Motorola core processor, Fast ethernet communication card, NI acquisition card, touch screen monitors. Other Skillset used: VC++/COM, troubleshooting, multithreading. The project involved setting up and controlling a continuous real time data from the plant such as temperature, pressure, steam, crude oil, valve, pump, and etc. The whole system are configured and control using Honeywell TotalPlant Solution's software and hardware. I was responsible for developing the schematic user interface and configuring the behavior of the display according to the requirement of the client. The system are specifically use for annunciating and handling process, sequence, system alarms, monitoring and changing the status of the system equipment inside control room. The system also can be use to print report, logs, journal and operator messages.
