Currently, I serve as an Academic Advisor for Military and Veteran Students at The University of Maryland University College. I work directly with students to efficiently navigate their higher education career. I have over 4 years of experience in customer service, career counseling, public relations, sales, and escalation management within a university and corporate. Some of my previous experience includes, Bowie State University, The SEED School of Maryland, Verizon Wireless Communication , and the University of Maryland University College. In addition to experience, my educational background includes a bachelor's degree in Sports Management with a Concentration in Public Relation while, I am currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Public Relations.
