Responsible for overseeing our On-site Property Management staff across the U.S. while auditing the property, reviewing monthly reports regarding lease renewals, market rent comps and staff commissions. Some key parts of this role was confirming all paperwork is complete and follows Sentinel standards, inspecting the physical properties to ensure they are up to our standards and that all capital work is complete and/or on track.

Lead the property improvements for each building that align with overall acquisition strategy. Partner with key stakeholders on managing project resources, completion timelines and budget while exceeding operational performance targets

Responsible for the leasing process including market rent calculations, new leases and renewals. Manage and update the tenant information such as rent payments and service requests. Primary function is to be the main point of contact for the management company for each property.

Managed the U.S. office accounting payroll, accounts receivables and accounts payables across all divisions. Handled store merchandise ordering to ensure accurate production and on time delivery to each boutique is met. Assisted the VP in overseeing flawless new store openings execution.

Collaborated with the accounting department in Paris on timely accounts payments or accounts payable and receivables. Built client relationships as the first point of contact for all customer requests. In charge of the set-up and take-down of seasonal sales galleries and shows around the U.S.
