Jonathan Duarte

Hello im excited to share some highlights of my work experience with all of you! I began my career with Directv as a technician back in 2006, where I honed my technical skills and developed a deep understanding of the industry. Through hard work and dedication, I had the opportunity to advance within the company and became a Manager in 2012. Leading a team and ensuring seamless operations became my forte during my tenure, leaving a lasting impact on the organization. In 2019, I embarked on a new adventure as a project manager for outside plant installation, focusing on an ambitious 5G project encompassing both underground and aerial installation. Overseeing such crucial infrastructure plans was challenging yet incredibly rewarding, as it signified a paradigm shift in telecommunications. By January 2023, my journey led me to the esteemed AT&T's fleet department. Currently, I serve as the fleet manager, with responsibilities spanning across Southern California and Southern Nevada. My role encompasses the management of an impressive fleet, consisting of 2,514 vehicles, and overseeing operations across 30 different locations. It's an intricate and dynamic position that requires meticulous planning, effective coordination, and unwavering attention to detail. I'm excited to join such a dynamic team and look forward to driving efficiency, optimizing processes, and ensuring the smooth functioning of our fleet operations.
