•Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation. •Overseeing defense and security programs valued at over $30 million. •Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure that projects adhere to scope, schedule, and budget. •Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes. •Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to the project work plan. •Direct financial oversight of programs by analyzing EAC, ETC, SPI, CPI and variance metrics, driving corrective actions that improved cost efficiency and on-time delivery. Savings > $1M. •Currently managing the delivery of the Eurofighter Austria program (i.e., CAE MR e-Series Prodigy Visual System) , RSAF Hawk RCT program as well as the Australian KC30A program.

Project Leader and Quality Assurance Specialist

• Spearheaded B767 FedEx program (Memphis, TN): 2 Full-Flight Simulators, 1 Flight Training Device, 4 Procedural Trainers. • Built and managed contractual relationships with various suppliers (globally). • Consistently met deadlines with team, achieving internal and customer commendations. • Clearly communicated problems and progress to upper management through visual presentations. • Reduced supply chain lead times and in-turn increased project ROI (approx. $1M+ in savings). • Implemented mitigation plans for issues that were not compliant to project requirements. • Worked closely with the Project Manager and Development leads to ensure the proper execution of the project including milestones, deliverables and KPIs.
