• Identified root causes of problems; recommended/facilitated corrective measures and technical solutions. • Analyzed data to identify risk in process with the goal of mitigating and preventing future defects. • Developed a data-driven dashboard using PowerBI in order to monitor supplier performance results and in turn reduce corporate cost of non-quality. • Worked closely with members of different teams to research, identify, develop and implement industry best practices to improve quality and performance (CAEAir1 Ventilator - Ottawa, Canada, MR e-Series visual display systems progam - British Aerospace Systems, UK and the Mixed Reality Flight Simulator for the eVTOL market - Advanced Air Mobility program).

• Spearheaded B767 FedEx program (Memphis, TN): 2 Full-Flight Simulators, 1 Flight Training Device, 4 Procedural Trainers. • Built and managed contractual relationships with various suppliers (globally). • Consistently met deadlines with team, achieving internal and customer commendations. • Clearly communicated problems and progress to upper management through visual presentations. • Reduced supply chain lead times and in-turn increased project ROI (approx. $1M+ in savings). • Implemented mitigation plans for issues that were not compliant to project requirements. • Worked closely with the Project Manager and Development leads to ensure the proper execution of the project including milestones, deliverables and KPIs.

• Coordinated and mentored third-party contractors, interns and new employees (team of 10). • Lead design support activities (liaison) between engineering groups (software/hardware), project/program management and manufacturing. • Managed project estimates (man loading hours). • Reduced product cost via improvements in product design, engineering and manufacturing efficiency (approx. $500K in savings). • Initiated and brokered solutions for client and HQ in an effort to maintain project status and milestones. • Selected to train a team of engineers in Hyderabad, India on our product, processes and design methodologies.

• Selected to represent CAE Montreal for the hardware integration of the Directional Infrared Countermeasures System on the CH147-F program for the Canadian AirForce (Petawawa, Canada). • Defined and prepared documentation and technical drawings for simulated instruments and panels. • Defined the simulator hardware configuration, developed hardware lists, wiring diagrams, and power system diagrams necessary to drive these devices into a simulation environment.

Won second place overall in the robot competition (14 teams in all). Won second place overall in the Capstone Design competition (23 teams in all).
