Installed and maintained over 90K miles of copper and fiber optic cables to support operations for the largest Global Strike Command in the Air Force which includes Air Force Global Strike Headquarters and 8th Air Force Headquarters. Tasked to lead all new installations/troubleshooting tickets for the Air Force Global Strike Command Headquarters building affecting 10 different bases worldwide. Deployed to Al Udeid, Qatar and Kandahar, Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom in 2011 and 2012 respectively. Partnered and networked with NATO, Coalition, and Afghan Forces to install and maintain base communication networking systems. Excelled in a high-paced, intense environments and was awarded the Air Force Achievement Medal for work accomplished.

* Responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office by supporting managers and clinical therapist. * Duties included answering phone calls, producing and distributing correspondence to other agencies, soliciting donations from various donors for fundraising events, and provided general support for clients. * Used Microsoft Office Suite for generating reports and maintaining office records. * Made cold calls to various businesses and organizations around the local area to solicit and organize gifts for the annual silent auction event.

* Provided information about bank products and services to customers while also handling customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining a friendly and courteous manner. * Responsible for opening accounts and incentivizing customers to consolidate all of their financial needs with the bank in order to simplify their financial portfolio. * Participated in marketing promotions for new/existing products to draw new customers and improve the relationships with existing customers. * Responsible for processing transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and credit card payments. * Awarded Teller of the Month six times during employment.

Currently stationed at Barksdale AFB, LA where we are responsible for installing and maintaining over 90,000 miles of copper and fiber optic cables. Run, install, and terminate outside plant and inside plant copper and fiber optic cables. Also do cable location and fault isolation. Maintain and update cable records for the entire base including the Air Force Global Strike Command Headquarters. Worked as job lead on many copper and fiber installs on CONUS and deployed environments. Was tasked to provide on-the-job training for new and inexperienced airmen. Worked as an active participant in small teams installing and maintaining critical communication across war zones in Qatar during Operation New Dawn and in Afghanistan during Operation Enduring Freedom. During this period, installed CAT 6 and fiber optic LAN for NASA, NATO, and Joint Service initiatives. Also trained Afghan National Army on how to install and terminate CAT 6 copper cabling so that they can become self-sufficient in installing and maintaining communications. Posses a current Secret level clearance.
