The foundation of my leadership is improving organisational health. When trust exists and people feel safe, no challenge or opportunity is too big, we find a way together. Strategy matters, but culture always comes first. Seeing the team grow, succeed, and win together is the most rewarding part of my job. This same philosophy drives my passion for clean air: just as a healthy culture enables people to thrive, healthy air enables people to be at their best. We eat 1 kg of food and drink 2 kg of water each day under strict standards, yet we breathe 15 kg of air, often without questioning its quality. That must change. At Camfil, we’re proving it can be done: air that’s twice as clean, delivered at half the energy cost. It’s like the shift from fluorescent to LED lighting, obvious once you see it, but game-changing for health and sustainability. Alongside leading Camfil Australia, I actively participate in industry organisations that advocate for improved indoor air quality. I'm driven to help shape standards, influence awareness, and work with others across the industry to ensure cleaner, healthier, and more sustainable air becomes the norm—not the exception.
