Disciplines primarily focuses on all the employee life cycle related activities starting from onboarding, relocation, managing employee data, life cycle changes, absence management and offboarding of all Dow employees. Responsibilities / Duties - Managing employee life cycle activities with the help of technology but also offline - Supports the implementation and delivery of end- to-end solutions in WFA - Global Mobility discipline (s) to deliver a best in class employee experience - Supports program development related to WFA - Global Mobility in order to improve the employee experience, balanced with function-specific needs and drivers - Engages with third party providers to establish, develop and review the suite of services in WFA - Global Mobility - Address escalated HR inquiries and reviewer / approver of transactions, as applicable. - Ability to lead the country cluster independently - Provides information and insights to Team Leaders to continuously improve the operating standards and resolves employee queries on daily basis - Labour law and employee life cycle knowledge.
