 Performs job functions consistent with the company’s mission and vision; ensures that subordinate employees perform their functions in like manner.  Oversees production process flow and draws up production schedule from time to time.  Ensures cost effectiveness in running the production line to come up with good quality products and adherence to desired timeline for its delivery to customers.  Provides effective and efficient in-process investigation, defect and yield analysis & containment actions to prevent reccurence of problems in the conduct of process monitoring.  Ensures that a strong and efficient teamwork culture exists within the production team.  Deals with variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.  Ensures steady flow of production activities; produces the right product of good quality and quantity.  Generates documents needed in production and other pertinent records for reference.  Conducts evaluation on all equipments and materials being used by production to ensure required standards are being met to achieve daily targets and commitments.  Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance and quality of product.  Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of department.  Participates in various company activities through participation in standing and ad hoc committees, task forces and project teams; attends training programs and learning sessions for the enhancement of professional, technical and personal proficiencies.  Performs other tasks related to the above enumeration of duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
