Turning ideas into profitable software products with our Lean Software Methodology. In 2012, my co-founder Samuel and I launched a venture that didn’t succeed due to a lack of seed funding. However, this experience highlighted the challenges of hiring and retaining tech talent in Switzerland. In 2013, while pursuing my Master’s degree in Barcelona, I met our third co-founder Yehia, who had experience in the IT market in Egypt. Together, we saw the opportunity to bridge the best of both worlds – Switzerland’s leading software projects with Egypt’s exceptional tech talent. After building a business case, we traveled to Egypt to meet potential tech talents, testing their technical abilities and values. We quickly realized this was something truly special. The problem we aim to solve: - Lack of available software engineers in Switzerland - Rising software development costs in Switzerland - The need for a partner who understands client needs and speaks their language – with a product owner and leadership team based in Switzerland, not traditional offshoring - Maintaining an entrepreneurial approach to client and project management, even as we scale Soon after launching, we won our first client – Turkish Airlines Euroleague! That’s when I realized the power of our business idea. Since then, we’ve had the privilege of working with 50+ leading companies, helping them successfully bring their digital products to market.
