Team management of ventilation purchases with European and Asian suppliers, covering a portfolio of over €35 million. Representing the company to suppliers at events, optimising purchasing data and processes, negotiating and generating savings, co-developing and supporting commercial launches.

Involved in the company's digital transition, I contributed to the migration of the ERP system and the improvement of data reliability. - 75% improvement in the product database and updating of supplier and customer data. - Optimised and structured databases to enhance their use. - Listed product weights to measure carbon footprint and meet CSR objectives. - Created product data sheets to standardise and enhance information. - Worked across departments, adapting solutions to each one's specific needs.

I participated in the opening of the second Decathlon store in Ireland, in the city of Limerick. Before the opening, I contributed to the logistical and organisational set-up, as well as to the training and support of employees. After the opening, I co-led the largest consolidation of the store, dedicated to the Hiking & Nature section. I led the teams, welcomed and advised customers, and worked to optimise their in-store experience, in a role combining management and customer relations.
