Responsible for managing and co-coordinating a design team to produce construction documents to client specification and to meet project issue dates. I administered the SPI software package for the project. We used the SPI database to produce termination details, instrument schedules, cable schedules, specification sheets and loop diagrams. We used AutoCAD to produce the remaining project deliverables. I operated a controlled document system to company procedures to maintain and monitor all document issues, history and storage. I liaised with project management to co-ordinate man-hour forecasts, staffing levels and project target dates. I worked in China to participate in the factory acceptance tests for the DCS and supervise panel modifications to the main rack room interface cabinets.

I am working as part of a small support team to install, maintain and assist in the operation of company project engineering software. My main responsibility is software for Control & Instrumentation, which is predominantly SmartPlant Instrumentation (SPI). I administer the operation of SPI throughout the company, organizing project setup, user initialisation / access, license control, maintenance, data export / import, company standard documents, project reports and training. Other areas of general support include SmartPlant P&ID, AutoCAD, Excel, Access, PC network connectivity, printers and email. This support is to maintain a stable working environment that maximizes project productivity.
