Developing and delivering a complementary portfolio of services for electronic design organisations and recruiting new members. Covering the fields of product and embedded systems design, software development, compliance / field / production test and reliability.

Consulting on engineering skills within the Electronics Software and Communication Systems section. Providing industry expertise for client interfacing and candidate filtering.

Managed a team of hardware/software engineers, and IT engineers, responsible for their functional management, including performance appraisals, salary reviews, performance feedback, coaching and counselling. Through my Programme Management role I promoted the methodology and IP solutions to business managers and technical engineers to get stakeholder buy-in and improve future products through requirements gathering. Interfaced with EDA vendors to ensure roadmap alignment, clarify product requirements and partner on new tools and features. Project management responsiblity for the specification, creation and delivery of the (System) design environment to enable hardware and software designer to focus on their design tasks not the tools and flows. This covered software tooling and flows for system design (SystemC), hardware verification, hardware / software co-verification, and FPGA prototyping.
