As a business analyst, focussed on software design and process mapping, everything I do is geared towards offering the nicest and most straightforward way for an employee to carry out their role to deliver business results. I have worked alongside all levels of government and corporate, on in house systems and on products for market, supporting the pre and post sales process, owning the customer's satisfaction and travelling the width of this country to get it done. Through facilitation, specifications, guides and training, making sure the user is content and the business is successful is my goal.
