Jon has over 20 years experience in the construction and development industry. During his career he has managed the construction of various types of projects including small and large commercial buildings; condominiums and apartments; as well as custom homes. Jon has developed and built several projects in the New Town area of Williamsburg including Bennington on the Park; 5400 Discovery Park Boulevard; and the two Tidewater Physicians Multispecialty Group buildings. Jon has also developed several office buildings in Charlotte, NC. During the last few years, he has simultaneously managed over $40 million of development projects and has personally invested in both commercial and residential developments. His most recent endeavor is the creation of LaRS Group Incorporated. Jon is responsible for the overall management of LaRS.
