My path began at Nat West Bank Plc, where I gained foundational knowledge in retail banking processes, setting the stage for my future in operational and strategic roles. At Accenture Plc, I honed my skills in process re-engineering and systems integration, which paved the way for advanced managerial positions. In 2001, I joined Axon Group Plc as Solution Director, where I led significant client projects that saved millions in operational costs and enhanced customer experiences. This role expanded as I became the European Chief Operating Officer and later the Chief Operating Officer at HCL Axon, integrating major enterprise technologies into a seamless division that significantly grew in revenue and profitability under my leadership. In 2018, I embraced a pivotal challenge as CEO of Electrosonic Group, focusing on transforming the organization from a hardware integrator to a customer-centric professional services firm. This transformation not only resulted in a sustainable increase in profit and cash flow but has also built a culture of excellence and innovation across global teams.
