New York Times, Men's Health, Forbes, Robb Report, Entrepreneur, Inc., etc. My background's fitness. Was a personal trainer. Built the world's largest collaborative blog for trainers (4-6M yearly visitors). Focus is squarely now on books and authorship. I'm obsessed. I guess if there's one final thing to say, it's that I hope to prove that you don't have to choose between professional success, meaningful relationships, and fulfilling adventure.
