As a project manager, i am responsible for overall schedule, budget, quality, health and safety of the project. I have been involved from many projects in indussltrial, high rise building, complex projects and facilities manager. My experiences is in the EPCM projects (Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management) and project management of the complex project, design coordination, preparation of tender and procurement, contract management, construction management. For many project i have been managed, i am personally responsible for planning, assessment, budget, tender and procurement preparation to construction stage and completion.
