Quality Control Manager (Excel, Access, Microsoft AX12, Historian client Trends, Salesforce, SharePoint, Power Bi) -Rebuilding and maintaining a functional quality management system which includes controlled documents such as SOP’s, Specifications, Work instructions etc... -Managing a team of Quality Technicians to perform audits, calibrations, and employee training. -Program and certifying bodies include: FSC (Site administrator), APA (Engineered Wood Association, CARB/TSCA (formaldehyde emissions), Cal-Fire (Building product listings) and others.

Production Scheduling (Excel, Word, Access, Microsoft AX12) -Inventory management, Forecasting usage by use of historical data and seasonal trends -Production coordination with supervisory staff to achieve and maintain a high % of on-time shipments. -Reworked downfall and aged inventory as a value-added process to recoup initial costs.

Supervisor -Managed product flow through multiple machine centers to ensure on-time delivery. Assist in mill projects and panel development. Worked with Maintenance to help troubleshoot mechanical issues to minimize downtime.

Acted as a voice between employees and management. Identified, reported, and solved quality related issues.

Various machine operations & maintenance in plywood production/grading including: Globe Skinner saw line, 6-head Timesaver panel sander, 6-head Tidland 470 dimensional sander.
