* As a Test Manager, i work for managing, planning, E2E tracking and managing the project delivery till its closure. * My duties include the following. * Co-ordinate with interface teams involved, to plan and perform every tasks/schedule and resolve issue (if any) in the test data requirements and test environment. * Analyze the impact and plan, schedule the testing activity to be performed by team/group of interface teams. * Interacting and working with Stakeholders, Component Leads, Consultants, Business Analysts, SME, PIR and Central Finance. * Taking overall leadership and ownership of the project work (E2E) till its closure committed for the release and giving technical directions to Leads. * Co-ordinate and represented core quality team for project Audit purposes.
