Responsible for the creation, review, and approval of technical documentation for flexible and umbilical pipeline subsea projects. Also collaborating in the development of engineering projects, especially with definition of scope, estimated time and required resources for flexible pipeline subsea connection and decommissioning projects.

Issuance and approval of technical documentation for large-scaled equipment instalation, maintenance and general operation. Daily monitoring of the installation schedule of subsea equipment operation, commissioning, inspection and maintenance. Daily tracking of the schedule for the installation of large-scaled equipment, issuing weekly reports with the status of activities and associated risks. Issuance and execution of preliminary risk analysis for each subsea intervention on subsea equipment. Issuance of periodic operational reports and dashboards containing milestones, possible limitations and critical process planning and scheduling issues. Support the critical analysis of indicators for large-scaled equipment installation, inspection and maintenance processes, issuing critical analysis reports, and proposing action plans to support or achieve the proposed goals. Engage with clients to discuss changes in the schedule of subsea operations, such as inclusion, postponement, or exclusion of activities from the Cable Equipment Installation Operations Portfolio. Develop and review the procedures for maintenance, commissioning, and other large-scaled equipment processes.

Evaluate with technical departments (Inspection, Anchoring, Subsea Equipment, and Geodesy) the operational capacity of vessels to perform specific activities. Monitor and track the supply/delivery of project materials and monitor the risk of delays. Review the scope of connection operations when necessary. Plan preliminary and complementary connection operations carried out by other vessels (RSV, DSV, SDSV, AHTS, TS) and monitor the risk of delays. Daily monitoring the scheduled activities on vessels to ensure the execution of operations of interest. Support management by suggesting alternatives to improve operation performance. Monitor the delivery of project documentation and the risk of delays (e.g., descriptive memorandum, executive proceedures, and others). Verify the required materials for specifc projects. Notify the responsible departments of possible delays in subsea connection operations. Verify necessary resources (human and materials) aboard PLSVs and Production Units for subsea connection operations and monitor the risk of delays. Monitor the schedule of planned services on PLSVs, ensuring that preliminary and complementary activities are planned/completed, according to the schedule.
