• Co-hosted SXSW workshop on Redux architecture for mobile at SXSW 2019. • Delivered new iOS SDK, powering cash back for 10s of millions of monthly users as tech lead for mobile, SDK, and API engineering teams. • Enabled adoption of the new SDK as a primary author of its public documentation. • Improved organizational decision making by standardizing analytics. I coordinated across the company to align on goals for a searchable repository of analytic definitions, created an auto-generated documentation site with event information, and led the iOS/Android implementations.

Under Armour As an iOS Architect, I had the role of a team builder. I was focused on setting up people and processes to ensure long-term success of our client’s engineering organizations. I proactively addressed challenges facing my team so that they would have an environment to do their best work. Under Armour Record (iPhone, Apple Watch, UA Wearable) - Tech lead for 10 person iOS team, primarily staffed by the client’s engineers. - Won an innovation award at CES 2016 through collaboration with HTC to release UA’s first wearable. I wrote the data syncing logic to sync fitness data between the band and the iOS app. - Guided the dev team from an unpredictable waterfall schedule to a three-week, agile release cycle. - Improved efficiency by proposing and leading a transition of the team’s code review and CI toolchain. Results were so successful that all UA mobile teams have now adopted my proposed tools. - Led team in migration from Objective-C to Swift. - Wrote fastlane scripts for testing, managing localization updates, and deployments.

The app shipped ahead of schedule and with zero known defects. - Disney - Developed Apple Watch app for Disney Moment that was featured by Apple on the day the Apple Watch was released. - Union Bank - Led a globally-distributed 12 person iOS dev team building a banking app for iPhone and iPad.
