• Upgrading of 20 Boreholes into Mini-Solar powered piped water schemes in 5 Districts. • Rehabilitation of 15 boreholes in Epworth • Capacity testing and designing of layouts for 25 Borehole targeted for solar powered piped water schemes in Gweru, Chegutu, Chitungwiza, Stoneridge and Epworth. • Refresher training 15 Water Point Committees (WPCs) on the day-to-day management of water points • Training of 5 piped water scheme O and M Committees • Training of 75 EHTs and engineers on Water quality monitoring for Gweru, Chegutu, Stoneridge • Refresher training of 5 Borehole Pump Minders (VPMs) on pump repairs and maintenance in Epworth • Establishing of suggestion boxes for feedback mechanisms on all rehabilitated/established wash infrastructure. • Training of 500 Village Health Workers (VHWs) and Community Health Workers (CHWs) on critical lifesaving WASH messages, hygiene practices, PSEA, AAP, COVID- 19, and GBV • • Household and Community hygiene education and prevention of COVID-19 and Cholera • Training of 100 DWSSCs on Hygiene Education, COVID- 19, PSEA, AAP and GBV • Community campaigns on Hygiene Education, PSEA, AAP, SGBV, COVID- 19 street by street education in locations and high-risk sites using pre-recorded messages on hailers at bus stations, markets public offices, and in communities • Resuscitation of 10 School Health Clubs and 33 Community Health Clubs. Project Engineer
