Material Coordinator – Woodfibre LNG Project (Package B) Kiewit Currently supporting the startup of materials coordination and logistics operations for the Woodfibre LNG Package B construction scope. Working within a multi-location logistics pipeline to ensure accurate receiving, tracking, and movement of project materials from laydown yards to the project site. • Support material receiving operations at the KFN Laydown Yard, the primary logistics hub for incoming materials and STS deliveries. • Assist in maintaining material lifecycle traceability using SiteSense, Kiewit’s materials procurement and tracking platform. • Coordinate preparation and staging of materials for transport from the KFN Laydown Yard to the Kiewit Marine Yard. • Support documentation and shipment readiness for materials transported by barge to the Woodfibre LNG project site. • Work closely with procurement, warehouse, logistics, and construction teams to maintain accurate material status and support timely project delivery. • Contribute to improving materials visibility across procurement systems, warehouse operations, and marine logistics movements.

Oversee warehousing operations at the Commissioner Street Marine Laydown Site for the Woodfibre LNG Project, supporting procurement, logistics coordination, and end-to-end material traceability across a high-volume construction site. Key Responsibilities & Achievements • Manage receiving, storage, transfers, and issuing of materials using Intergraph Smart Materials (Hexagon) to maintain accurate, real-time material visibility. • Support procurement through ReqGen, preparing requisitions and coordinating with vendors to expedite critical materials. • Prepare barge manifests and shipment documentation for marine transport while maintaining complete digital traceability for all inter-site movements. • Build Excel/VBA tools and apply Box cloud systems to automate reporting, improve visibility, and organize digital documentation. • Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and field teams to align material deliveries with project schedules and construction milestones. • Participate in internal audits, safety initiatives, equipment recertification processes, and represent warehouse operations during Pre-Task Instruction (PTI) meetings. Currently completing the Rutgers Supply Chain Management Strategy specialization and working toward CIFFA International Transportation & Trade, Power BI, and SAP Transportation Management training to transition into data-driven logistics and supply chain systems roles. Key Responsibilities & Achievements • Coordinated material and equipment requisitions, supplier communication, and vendor expediting to align with project schedules. • Maintained detailed shipping logs, invoices, and customs documentation for international and domestic freight. • Collaborated with warehouse and procurement teams to track shipments, monitor compliance, and resolve logistics or documentation discrepancies. • Assisted in ensuring timely procurement and delivery of materials to support construction milestones and reduce downtime risk. • Gained exposure to SAP receiving workflows, enhancing understanding of integrated supply-chain systems and digital traceability.
