I have a passion for designing machines and solving problems. It doesn't matter how complex or simple the problem is I enjoy coming up with ideas on how to solve those problems, designing the solutions and finally seeing the new designs built and functioning. My background is quite diverse. Every position taught me something different and all of them combined have given me a well rounded background that I can use not only to continue to challenge myself in a new position but also challenge others in their career development. My time as service technician taught me trouble shooting and customer relations. My mechanical engineering experiences taught me packaging machine design, conveying system design, complete blank sheet machine design and complete line layout. My experiences as project manager have taught me how to schedule projects, maintain those schedules and get projects done on time and on budget. My time as engineering manager has taught me how to motivate people, how to develop departmental budgets, generate and update the strategic objectives for engineering and create a development plan that coincides with the feedback from sales and marketing.
