* Governed $33 million in installation budgets and applied effective cost reduction initiatives while overseeing International installation projects. * Gained a promotion to International Installation Project Manager, charged with the Europe, Asia and South/Central American markets. * Supervised 21 installation projects for 16 international airlines encompassing a wide variety of Boeing, Airbus and McDonnell-Douglas aircraft; coordinated regulatory, certification and sub-contractor issues along with foreign labor laws and customer policies towards accomplishing installation goals. * Optimized schedules to achieve client specific needs, analyzed project resources, identified risks and applied findings to address related issues and support vital contingency plans. * Oversaw Domestic Airline installations, including a major, 112-aircraft project, requiring completion in only 60 days as a Regional Airline Representative prior to the promotion.

* Direct 40 projects and sub-projects with budgets totaling approximately $20 million and monitor airframe related TCTO/WIR assignments ranging from new releases, ongoing projects and sun-setting projects. * Work with Customer to define cost, scope, materials and funding levels. * Assure all engineering changes are completed, tracked and reported continuously on post-prototype production processes. * Serve as an interface with bases in purchasing non-kit items through Boeing processes or MICAP orders when necessary to avoid work stoppage due to last minute parts needs. * Collaborate with Supply Support to identify long-lead parts and mitigate risk impact on resources as well as accurately classify parts for modification kit purchases and equipment needs for specific mod projects at all stations. * Instrumental in project planning, from conceptualization through to completion including; engineering changes, personnel, resources, parts, tools and schematics to support prototype installations at depots and bases around the world.

My degree is in International Relations with a focus on the Middle East, past, present and future. I keep apprised of the situations there and follow many sources of news to understand the current events and how they will affect future relations with the world, in particular the United States and western countries.
