Beginning as a field service engineer and advancing through the industry, I currently serve as Technical Account Director at EBC Group. In this role, I provide consultancy, design, and implementation of IT services across diverse industries such as waste management, recycling, media, legal, finance, education, and manufacturing. I am certified in ITIL, Microsoft, WatchGuard, SentinelOne, and Sophos amongst others. This foundation has equipped me with a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic insight, enabling me to deliver high-quality services that ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term loyalty. I am passionate about leveraging technology to solve complex problems and drive business success. My role at EBC Group allows me to stay at the forefront of technological advancements and advocate for solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. Before joining EBC Group, I held significant leadership positions in the IT sector. As Group Technical Director, I oversaw technical strategy and operations, ensuring seamless integration and delivery of IT services to clients. Subsequently, as Managing Director, I led the company through strategic planning, customer-focused service delivery, and operational excellence. In addition to my technical expertise, I am committed to continuous learning and personal development. After 11 months of intense learning, I completed the Digital MBA for Technology Leaders from CTO Academy. This achievement has further honed my skills in leadership and strategic thinking, preparing me to navigate the ever-changing landscape of the IT industry.
