Three-year rotational program with exposure to public equity, hedge fund, private equity, and real assets strategies. Provided quantitative and qualitative analysis to support investment recommendations for ~$130m in new commitments (approx. one-third of endowment’s commitments during tenure). Built and improved extensive Excel models and templates for portfolio monitoring and performance measurement for current managers and track record analysis for potential managers. Developed models to determine performance and allocation impacts of fossil fuel divestment on the portfolio, as well as asset-level valuation of real estate portfolio to evaluate viability of a secondary sale. Helped manage and improve usage of Salesforce for tracking manager meetings and data. Landscaped and sourced new software capabilities for analytics and due diligence. Co-managed training and on-boarding of new analysts, as well as analyst and intern hiring processes. Assisted senior investment professionals with topical research projects and landscaping new investment opportunities.
