Retail Distribution and Partnerships I supported operations for our products across more than one thousand retail locations including Publix, Tractor Supply, and Dollar General. My focus was on backend production ensuring consistent supply and quality especially for private labeling which forms a large part of our business. Product Development and Production Scaling I helped develop and scale new product lines by testing recipes sourcing ingredients and refining production processes. I also researched and sourced new production equipment including large scale bagging machines and customized batch popcorn equipment from China. These efforts significantly improved our efficiency output and ability to meet growing demand. Cost Optimization and Supplier Management I contributed to cost savings by negotiating better ingredient prices and reducing waste. These efforts helped improve margins while maintaining high product quality. Quality Control and Compliance I implemented bi weekly quality inspections metal detection and nitrogen flushing to ensure safety and extend shelf life. I also supported community outreach and local fundraising initiatives tied to the brand. Team Training and Leadership I trained staff across production areas from cooking to packaging and led special projects focused on sourcing equipment and improving operational workflows.
