As a Co-Founder of Waterford Property Company, I have been involved in the acquisition and development of over $3.0 billion in multifamily and commercial properties across California and Texas since 2014. With over 21 years of experience in the real estate industry, I have successfully executed over $3.5 billion of complex transactions with various capital sources, ranging from institutional investors to high net worth individuals.My core competencies include sourcing new acquisition opportunities, directing large scale asset management efforts, and raising capital for projects. Additionally, I enjoy teaching and mentoring future generations of real estate professionals as an Adjunct Professor at USC, where I hold a Master of Real Estate Development and a Master of Business Administration. My mission is to create and enhance value in real estate projects that exceed the needs of the communities, tenants, and investors we serve.
