Over my 22-year tenure, I've been instrumental in shaping Venditan into a high-performing, commercially astute business. My leadership style combines decisive action, emotional intelligence, and the ability to cultivate high-impact teams that consistently exceed performance benchmarks. Previously, as Commercial Director, I spearheaded company-wide growth initiatives, implementing processes and frameworks that ensured sustainable scalability. My ability to align operational strategies with business objectives has been central to Venditan’s success and ongoing evolution. In addition to my corporate leadership role, I am proud to serve as a Director and Executive Board Member of Altrincham Football Club, currently competing in the National League (5th tier of English football). Since joining the board in 2019, I have led strategic efforts in commercial growth, branding, and retail operations, resulting in significant year-on-year revenue improvements. In 2020 I helped establish the club's Elite Academy, creating a pathway for local talent to achieve professional football careers while strengthening the club’s long-term player development strategy. My expertise lies in building and executing commercial strategies, fostering organisational growth, and driving transformative change.
