I believe every life tells a story — but only a few become a legacy.My mission is to help leaders become the few.I am a Legacy Leadership Architect, shaped not by theory alone but by fire, crisis, cross‑cultural journeys, and moments that forced me to confront what truly matters. John Lim, a graduated business graduate from Massey University. He joined Raywhite in Auckland and became their company's top rookie in 2006. In 2007, John decides to return to Singapore with his family to support his father engineering business. John believes that anybody can learn any skills if he invests time and effort to learn. Without any formal training in engineering, through OJT and self-study, John was accepted and was sought after in their field. Over the years, John was equipped with Predictive Maintenace skills and grew to be a strong believer of reliability centered maintenance, and hence, is an advocate to grow to be a reliable person. ‌In 2000, through Network 21, John was exposed to leadership development. Inspired by Robert Kiyosaki's Rich Dad Poor Dad, John inspires to become a business leader. In 2008, John started his training career with Institute of Infrared Thermography conducting level 1 certification course for Infrared Thermogrpahy and fell in love with it. Due to a life changing accident, John had the opportunity to be trained as John Maxwell Team Trainer, Coach and Mentored where he became transformed and aspire to help others to become better leaders in life. ‌ W‌ith the leadership skills he aquire over the years, the engineering business leaped from deficit to surplus with new business model and marketing strategy, and his philosophy to equip, empower and release. Post pandemic, in order to persuades his father to retire, John started to cease operation in the engineering company and pursued his passion in training and coaching field. ‌ Motivated by the ESG movements, John desires equip business leaders and parents to become better leaders so to add value to the society through better governance. John believes that every person he is able to impart some knowledge and spirit is not by coincidence andhe is honored that they had chosen him to journey with them.
