This involves development of site plans and in-depth production analysis to meet customer demand. Provides strategic counsel on real estate initiatives and negotiate contracts to optimize outcomes for the owners.

Leads management of a portfolio of construction and land development projects. Hosts weekly meetings with construction managers and executives to assess commercial, agricultural, institutional, and industrial projects, approximately 20-25 projects concurrently. Engages project stakeholders, navigates challenges, strategizes, and plans each phase from pre-construction through turnover to owner. Manages subcontractors and our in-house construction teams, ensuring a collaborative environment. Works with architects, engineers, and local officials through permitting until the project is completed and we receive a Certificate of Occupancy. I review contracts, uphold safety protocol, and ensure compliance with state licensing standards in Florida, Mississippi, Louisiana, and North Carolina.

Led operations and facility development across Arizona and Florida, overseeing the entire production cycle from cultivation and extraction to manufacturing and distribution. Managed critical projects, navigated permitting, ensured compliance with state regulations, and fostered business development strategies. Played a pivotal role in real estate negotiations and nurtured stakeholder relationships. Facilitated communication between executives and facility operations teams. Assumed the role of interim plant manager on three separate occasions - one occasion occurred during the COVID-19 Pandemic for a three month period, where I adapted the operation so that it met new requirements for safety.

Collaborated across Operations, Supply Chain, Construction, Quality Assurance, Real Estate, and Product Development. Managed communications between executives and facility operations to ensure the successful deployment of new products & facility improvements. Successfully secured the Florida Medical Marijuana license on schedule by formulating the first low-THC oil based product.

Managed development of utility-scale solar power systems in the Pacific Northwest. Worked directly with land owners and legal teams on real estate acquisition and permitting. Identified premier sites for development, conducting comprehensive constraint analysis and site optimization. Successfully delivered solar developments ranging from 2 to 10 MWac in capacity, contributing to sustainable energy solutions in the region. Worked with project management team to secure over $1m in subsidies for projects based in Oregon.

Managed the SoCal Gas rebate program, driving a 172% surge in sales of high-efficiency foodservice equipment, resulting in savings of 952,837 Therms across Southern California. Additionally, contributed to the successful execution of the SoCal Edison rooftop HVAC replacement program, conducting thorough inspections of both existing and new units for industrial and commercial facilities. Regularly reported program successes, challenges, and greenhouse gas emissions savings to SoCal Gas executives on a monthly basis.

Managed the processing of SoCal Edison HVAC rebate applications while conducting inspections of existing HVAC units in commercial and industrial facilities to verify eligibility for replacement. Organized datasets for the U.S. Department of Energy, which led to two big wins: the 'Most Innovative Roof-Top-Unit (RTU) Replacement Program' and the 'Most High Efficiency RTU Replacements' awards.

Executed sustainability programs across 17 cities in collaboration with the San Gabriel Valley Council of Governments. Conducted energy efficiency assessments, identified opportunities for time-of-use enrollment and rebates for HVAC replacement. Engaged with City Managers and developed marketing campaigns for the programs. Provided regular reports on program efforts to state offices in Sacramento.

Produced an economic analysis report spanning 217 pages, focused on the energy industry in China. The team conducted Greenhouse Gas (GHG) emissions modeling compared to various metrics such as annual car sales, coal and oil imports/exports (with mapped sources), and electricity load consumption growth rates. This was compared to President Xi's five-year GHG emissions reduction targets outlined in projections for 2020 and 2030. Managed event operations between the United States Trade and Development Agency and the National Development and Reform Commission of China.

Conducted health consultation services to 600 international undergraduate and graduate students at the International House on the UC Berkeley campus.

Partnered with an interdisciplinary team of undergraduate and graduate researchers to assess energy access initiatives in emerging markets. Played a key role in co-organizing a 100-person academic conference.
