Create supplier relationships with Asian suppliers in both business process outsourcing and design and manufacturing. Asian supply chain and business resiliency. PROCESS RE-ENGINEERING Drive process re-engineering in metrics, communications, organizational policies & procedures, and day to day operating processes. Enable better visibility into the metrics that manage the business, including savings measurement improvements, cost analysis, spend management, and PO compliance.
