I am a hands-on Project Manager and Technical Operations specialist with experience overseeing large-scale Bitcoin mining infrastructure, asset tracking systems, and repair operations. Currently, I manage projects and day-to-day operations at a high-capacity mining site in Georgia, where I support the deployment, maintenance, repair, and lifecycle management of thousands of ASIC miners and related infrastructure. My role bridges technical execution and operational planning — coordinating teams, improving workflows, tracking assets, and solving problems in fast-moving, high-pressure environments. In parallel, I run a successful custom PC building and recycling business, where I design, build, test, and sell systems at scale through e-commerce platforms.
