Revenue Protection is part of the Portfolio and Energy Balancing Team. The Revenue Protection Unit is a national team comprising of both an Office and Field operation working on all aspects of Revenue Protection. This includes Theft, Abstraction and Imbalance for both Residential and Business customers. As the Field Manager, I manage a team of 10 to 12 Revenue Protection Officers, providing daily support, coaching and guidance to drive performance and ensure my team are reaching their targets. I am also required to manage relationships and have regular interaction with customers, Police, magistrates, Engineers and other areas of British Gas
