• Responsible for testing and provisioning IP connectivity between MSN and SIAD routers. • Worked for network expansion and installation of Voice and EVDO T1s on Alcatel M40, 7750, Cisco 10k, ASR 9k and Samsung routers, on the installation of trunk circuits between different MSCs • Performed migration of T1 from legacy M40 routers to 7750 routers for network enhancement. • Troubleshooted RF related issues by coordinating with RF support engineers for enhancing RF capacity and planning. • Performed Sprint’s T1 audit project to audit the number of billing T1s in CDMA network which resulted in significant savings • Worked directly with clients in multiple shifts and handled bridges to provide technical support to field engineers to resolve issues on site and provided them with the best solutions that optimizes the CDMA network. • Worked directly with the clients and leads of offshore teams to create processes, scope of work and on ways to improve different KPIs like T1 migration, first contact resolution and jeopardy rate. Acted as Point of Contact for the team for quick resolution of urgent issues.
