I design solutions for management intent on driving business to new heights - my purpose is to identify those few attributes of a client that are underdeveloped and connect with external assets to drive new growth opportunities. I consult for clients in B2C and B2B markets including medical devices, pharmaceuticals, home health, OTC health care. I have worked with start-ups through fortune 100 companies and I am the inventor and founder for three companies: Songbird Hearing (world's only disposable hearing aid), Rosedale Medical (now Intuity Medical) and Vigilance (now part of Philips Medical). I created the Inventiate process to help companies challenge conventional wisdom and significantly expand their 'size of prize' - most engagements are a focus on significant top-line growth or to secure investment financing.
