Team leader overseeing the training of international students and focal point for the students and course instructors. Responsible for the delivery of all aspects of ATC training, classroom and simulator, as required using a competency based system. To maintain and develop course material including student and instructor notes, lesson plans, examinations and classroom media and ensure it confirms with ICAO standards and customer requirements.

Deputy Officer Commanding Operations Squadron, reporting to senior management and responsible for running the Operations Flight. Ensuring resources, including manpower, are planned and controlled effectively to meet the needs of the customer. Responsible for all aspects of ATC and the leadership and management of the ATC and operations staff. Undertake the duties of Unit Examining Officer, Unit Safety Management Officer and Unit Training Officer. Complete other duties as required at a small military unit with remote status, including Officer-in-Charge of the Combined Mess. Responsible, as chairman, for producing the financial plan, ensuring the expenditure is within budget and organising social and other functions as agreed by the committee.

Provide ATC training to new recruits in all aspects of ATC.

Crewman, winchman and door gunner on board the Chinook helicopter. Responsible for the safe and efficient management of the aircraft cabin and under-slung loads. Act as part of the crew in the safe operation of the aircraft. Perform the duties of Unit Training Instructor to train new crewmembers.

Design, validation, maintenance and certification of safe and efficient visual and instrument flight procedures.

Platoon Commander responsible for the leadership and management of an Infantry Platoon on operational deployment and within barracks. Platoon Commander Instructor responsible for the delivery of Infantry training to new recruits and the management of the training team.
