John Volker

I spent my final year of college football as a runningback for the University of Michigan Football Team while pursuing a Master of Management at the Stephen M. Ross School of Business.

I am serving as a business consultant in a group of 5 fellow MM students from Jan-April 2026 to Counterpunch Boxing and Fitness in Ann Arbor, Michigan. We have begun the thorough and meticulous process of researching, analyzing, diagnosing, and providing solutions to the company in accordance with agreed upon objectives. This work entails evaluating the company's overall financial status, competitor analysis, reviewing existing marketing strategies, and developing a strategic marketing plan based on findings.

I gave my personal athletics/faith-based testimony to over 500 attendants at the 2025 NJ FCA Super Bowl Breakfast. I also gave my testimony to Princeton student-athletes in 2024. I am a proud member of NJ FCA

As a runningback, I was a member of the Princeton University Football Team. I was a 2x All-Ivy selection, 2021 Donold B. Lourie award winner, and I served as team captain for the 2024 season. Through this experience I learned the values of discipline, time management, and leadership skills on a team. Balancing this commitment with the pursuit of an undergraduate degree in the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs afforded me a unique and amazing opportunity to bolster skills in nearly all aspects of life.

During my summer internship at First Onsite, my efforts were focused on analyzing and evaluating sales process efficiency for the company’s Northeast operations. I created a presentation based on my original findings that was shared with upper management at the company’s national conference in Dallas, TX on Aug 12, 2024
